1、 -I- 年产 8500 吨速冻蔬菜厂设计 摘 要 本设计主要是进行年产 8500 吨速冻蔬菜工厂设计。本设计从当地资源、地理环 境、政策环境等各项条件出发,针对 8500 速冻蔬菜项目的需要,进行了车间平面设 计、产品方案及工艺论证、设备选型、物料衡算、全厂卫生安全、企业组织等研究与 设计。由于速冻蔬菜大部分出口,因此为了使产品质量达到世界水平而对速冻蔬菜的 HACCP 也进行了详细的分析与统计。本项目固定资产投资 3500 万元,年利润达到 998.4 万元,投资回收期为 3.5 年,认为该项目可获得可观的效益。 关键词:工厂设计;速冻;蔬菜加工;分析 -II- Design of qui
