1、 毕业设计(论文)报告用纸 第 1 页 共 18 页 煤矿井下中央泵房自动排水控制系统研究 摘 要:本设计主要是应用 PLC 与组态软件进行开发,设计一套先进实用的自动化排水系统,该系统能够 实现对煤矿井下中央泵房排水系统的远程监测与控制,并能接入数字化矿井平台。系统硬件部分采用三菱 PLC(FX2N-64MR 型号)作为控制系统的核心控制器,利用模拟量输入模块进行数据采集,并结合通讯模块和 上位机进行通讯。软件部分利用组态软件 KingView 进行上位机监控软件开发,实现了对中央泵房的水位高 度、离心泵的出口压力、泵进水管的真空度及排水管的流量等参数的监测。系统具备安全可靠、自动化、 故障
