1、 I 摘要 工 业 CT ,即 工 业计 算 机断 层 扫描 成 像( Industrial Computerized Tomography,简称 ICT) 是计算机技术与放射学相结合产生的一门新的成像技 术,在无损检测(NDT )与无损评价)NDE )领域得到了广泛应用.在工业 X 射 线 CT 检测系统中,工业 CT 机对其运动控制系统和微调机构提出了很高的精度 要求,其运动精度将直接影响到工业 CT 机成像质量和检测精度。 当对某一物体进 行检测的时候,系统中的载物台机架会进行不断的运动,在运动过程中,机架将 会伴随有机械径跳,径跳会影响到探测器接收到的光子数,最后对投影数据有一 定的影
2、响,进而影响重建出的物体图像。本文广泛深入地进行了理论分析和实际 调研,就扫描机械运动系统进行了设计,以实现比较精密的扫描,运用传统的动 力学模型方法建立了适合平移运动控制系统的模型,进而得到更好的扫描图像。 关键词:关键词:工业 CT; 无损检测; 扫描机械运动; 图像 ABSTRACT Industrial Computerized Tomography (ICT) is a new technology integrating computer technology with radiology. The mechanical radical rubout would follow it during the moving process. The photons number would be influenced by the II radical rubout, and then the projection data would be changed. In the end, the reconstructed images would be affected. This paper has mainly design the movement of workbench ,in order to gain the best projection data. Key
