1、 I 人力资源管理系统 摘 要 在社会经济迅猛发展的今天，各行业之间的企业竞争十分激烈，为了在 企业竞争中脱颖而出，企业的领导人必须转变思想，勇于改革，重视企业的 管理和运营。众所周知，企业管理是企业发展的基石，而企业管理的对象主 要是企业的内部工作人员，为了使企业的人力资源被充分利用，大部分企业 都设有人力资源部门来负责管理公司的办公人员。然而好的管理模式也要有 一个好的管理工具，为此，我开发了一个人力资源管理系统来辅助企业进行 人才资源分配。 现代办公已经走向了信息化和自动化，该人力资源管理系统是通过计算 机开发出来的，针对企业进行人才管理的办公系统，它不仅方便了企业办公， 而且提高了人力
2、资源 的工作效率。 该论文详细介绍了人力资源管理系统的开发过程，其中包括了开发该系 统的 5 个阶段：系统需求分析和可行性研究、系统功能分析和设计、程序设 计和编写、系统的测试、项目总结和评估。 在设计当中，我们使用了现在广泛流行的 B/S 架构，使用 SSH 三大框架进行 开发，使用 EasyUI 作为前端框架，使用 Oracle 数据库作数据源，设计了一 款界面简洁明了，操作方便快捷，功能模块完善的人力资源管理系统。而且 它的设计较为人性化，几乎适用于所有的人力资源管理，是一个通用型的人 力资源管理系统。 关键词：人力资源管理系统，SSH 框架，B/S 模式，EasyUI 前端框架 II
