1、 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目：某啤酒厂废水处理工艺设计 学生姓名： 学 号： 专 业：环境工程 班 级：环境 指导教师： 讲师 I 某啤酒厂废水处理工艺设计某啤酒厂废水处理工艺设计 摘摘 要要 随着改革开放不断深化和中国经济的飞速发展，在经济飞速发展下使人民的生活质 量不断提升，人们对物质需求不断提高，其中啤酒的需求不断增长使啤酒工业得到了很 好的发展。伴随着啤酒厂产量不断的提升，啤酒厂的规模也不断扩大。随之带来的环境 问题也日渐突出，例如啤酒废水产量也随之不断增长。在对啤酒废水分析得知废水中具 有很高的有机物浓度，BOD/COD 很高 3，可生化性很好。高浓度啤酒废水处理是目前 全球各个国
2、家共同研究的热点。 通过多年对啤酒废水处理工业的不断改进，目前世界上所使用的常用方法为，上流 式厌氧污泥床(UASB)和循环性活性污泥法（CASS)组合起来进行对啤酒废水处理 4。 本设计啤酒厂设计废水量 6000m 3/d，主要进水指标为 COD:12002400mg/L；BOD： 9001200 mg/L；SS:400500mg/L。根据阅读相关资料和一些啤酒厂实际处理工艺，本 设计选定主体工艺为： UASB+CASS生物反应池联合处理，使处理完的废水达到啤酒工 业污染物排放标准 （GB19821-2005）表 1 中啤酒企业的排放标准。 在采用该工艺处理时在 UASB 池会产生沼气，本设
