2、形式，对于个别不需要新风的房间只采用风机盘管提供冷量即可。 制冷机房单独布置，采用两台螺杆式制冷机组，由于冷热负荷相差不大，流量接近两倍， 故分别设置冷热水泵，机房内有板式换热器进行市政热网与二次侧换热，用于冬季采暖供 水。设计中有一些必须注意的问题，如风管水管的布置，风机盘管选型，制冷机房的布置 是否合理，应结合实际施工情况来确定设计方案。 整个暖通空调系统的设计遵守了相关的国家设计规范，对配套设备的选择也查阅了大 量的设计手册和样本，而且通过经济技术的比较，最终确定了合理的设计方案、设备选型， 并完成了有关施工图的绘制。在本文中详尽地说明了设计原理和方法，涉及到的具体数据 也都反映在了本文
