1、 南京某办公楼空调工程设计 中文摘要 本设计为南京地区某办公楼空调工程设计,该办公楼地下有一层,地上有十 层,办公楼里各个房间的设置情况为党员活动室、文体活动室、大厅、大会议室, 也有好多小办公室, 主要为小办公室。 第一层高度为 5.7m, 其余各层高度为 3.9m, 总高度为 46.8m,建筑总冷负荷为 836681W,空调面积为 9112.7m2,冷指标为 91.8W/m2,根据各房间大小、功能、使用情况等具体情况合理布置空调设备,例 如面积较大的大厅和营业厅等需要新风量,本设计采用散流器送风的方式,主要 为散流器平送,合理的散流器布置能有效的进行除湿、降温并能满足设计风量要 求,创造一
2、个舒适的环境。而对于大多数小的办公室,由于其面积不大,所以本 设计用了风机盘管加新风系统散流器送风形式,主要是考虑了其使用灵活、便于 操作、风机盘管体积小、风机盘管效率高、风机盘管噪音低等优点。该综合办公 楼设计的空调水系统拟采用垂直方向的异程式,水平方向同程式的形式。根据南 京地域的特点,我选用了离心式冷水水机组,为建筑夏季供冷,除去多余的热量。 关键词关键词 中央空调系统 冷热负荷 空调方案 离心式式冷水机组 Abstract The design for an office building air conditioning engineering design of Nanjing,
