1、 I 15000 吨/年浓缩梨汁厂的初步设计 摘 要 本设计主要是进行年产 15000 吨浓缩梨汁工厂设计。在对全球和 我国梨产品产销和 加工的现状进 行充分调研的 基础上，分析 了我国浓 缩果汁的生产和贸 易现状。拟定 在辽宁省葫芦 岛市建昌县投 资浓缩梨 汁生产厂。首先依 据拟定的产量 对生产车间进 行了物料衡算 、热量衡 算；进而依据国际 市场要求进行 了车间的工艺 设计，进行了 主要的设 备选型。第三，对公用事业、土建等方面也作了一个初步的设计方案。 整个设计从节能的 角度出发选择 设备。生产流 程尽量提高机 械化、自 动化水平，同时力求技术上先进，质量上可靠，布局上合理、规范。 关键

Thirdly, make a preliminary design for the public sectors and earthwork.This design chooses equipments from the perspective of
