1、年产 6 万吨三聚氰胺化工厂设计 I 年产 6 吨三聚氰胺工厂设计 摘 要 三聚氰胺是一种用途十分广泛的有机化工产品。三聚氰胺可以由尿素在高温下分解成异氰酸， 异氰酸进一步气相聚合成得到。三聚氰胺是一种重要的氮杂环有机化工原料，是尿素的深加工产品， 主要用于生产三聚氰胺甲醛树脂，广泛用于木材加工、塑料、涂料、造纸、纺织、皮革、电气、 医药等行业，目前是重要的尿素后加工产品。此外三聚氰胺还可以作阻燃剂、减水剂、甲醛清洁剂 等。三聚氰胺生产方法有双氰胺法和尿素法。由于以尿素为原料的生产路线的各项技术经济指标远 远好于双氰胺为原料的工艺路线，双氰胺法已逐步被淘汰，尿素法是今后发展方向。对于把三聚氰
