2、途径。 本文以钣金支架为例,采用 UG 对其结构及工艺进行分析,设计出拉深件工 艺数模的外形、尺寸和模具的整体结构,阐述主要零件和模架的设计要点。最后 在 UG 软件环境下,建立钣金支架拉深模具的三维模型,然后对模具进行投影, 并导出到 AutoCAD 环境中, 用 AutoCAD 进行尺寸和粗糙度的标注, 得到模具的 二维工程图。本课题对于提高模具科技含量、促进 CAD 技术在模具设计中的应 用及节约设计时间和成本有重要意义。 关键词: 钣金支架;拉深模具;UG;模具设计 The Drawing Dies Structure Design of a Body Sheet Metal Brac
3、ket Abstract: Die is the main equipment of automotive sheet metal forming. With the development of automobile industry, this situation puts higher requirement for the design quality and cycle of the automotive sheet metal forming mold, and the traditional mold design method can not meet the requirem
4、ents. Especially the drawing die, its design process is more complicated and depends much more on experience. Therefore, today in the continuous development of the die, the CAD/CAE/CAM technology with its advanced manufacturing methods can achieve rapid and standardized design for drawing die. The U
5、G technology has become the most effective way to solve the problems of sheet metal product development, mold design, product processing and other difficulties. This task takes the example of sheet metal bracket. we analysis its structure and process, design the shape, size of the drawing process mo
6、del and the overall structure of the die, elaborate the design points of the main parts and die by using the UG software. Finally, in the circumstance of UG software, we establish three-dimensional model of drawing die of the sheet metal bracket, project to the die, and export to the AutoCAD environment, using AutoCAD for the dimension and roughness of the mark, then get the two-dimensional engineering graphics of the die.
