1、 - I - 某城市污水处理厂设计某城市污水处理厂设计 摘摘 要要 本设计污水来源是该城市中的工矿企业、居民的日常生活污水以及回 流到污水管道中的市区日常的喷洒及绿化等地表水。设计水量为 50000m 3/d,其中 40000m3/d 污水经过处理后直接外排进入当地 IV 类地表 水体,另外二级出水中有 10000m 3/d 用于中水回用,回用水的用途主要是 冲厕、喷洒道路和绿化等。 设计原水水质为 COD 450 mg/l,BOD5 200 mg/l,SS 200 mg/l,TN 40mg/l,TP 3 mg/l,出水水质达到国标 GB18918-2002 城镇污水处理厂一 级 A 排放标准
2、,即:COD 50 mg/l,BOD5 10 mg/l,SS 10 mg/l,TN 15mg/l,TP 0.5 mg/l,回用水水质标准参照生活杂用水水质标准 CJ 25.1-89,COD 50 mg/l,BOD5 10 mg/l,SS 5 mg/l,NH3-N 10mg/l,总大 肠杆菌数 3 个/l。 本设计中,在二级生化处理部分采用 2 /AO工艺,其中的构筑物有格 栅、曝气沉砂池、沉淀池、曝气池、接触池等。该系统可进行硝化,反硝 化反应,从而达到生物脱氮的功能,在系统前端设有厌氧池,可达到除磷 的目的。该系统具有高效,节能的特点,且耐冲击负荷高,出水水质好。 在中水处理部分采用絮凝池+
