1、 毕业设计 二十一辊板带矫直机的设计与校核 摘要 轧钢生产已经成为冶金生产行业中把钢坯轧制成钢材的重要生产环 节,具有产量大、品种齐全,生产过程机械化自动化程度高等许多优点, 是满足国民生产需要的重要技术。并且随着科学的发展,轧钢生产行业与 传统机械业进一步紧密的结合在一起。利用轧钢生产技术,提高轧制产品 的质量,减少轧制生产时间,提高成材率,降低生产成本和材料的利用率 已经成为轧钢机械设计的主要目标。而矫直技术是提高板带钢产品表面质 量和平坦度的重要环节。 本文是依据板带矫直机的生产过程和工作原理,经过现场实习,首先 从二十一辊板带矫直机的总体方案评述开始,依次进行了主电机的选择计 算,主传
