1、 摘摘 要要 随着数字集成电路、微电子技术和 EDA 技术的深入研究,现代频率合成技 术具有很大研究性。根据题目要求,我们以单片机 LM3S811 为核心,辅以必要 的模拟电路,设计合成信号发生器。该系统主要由 LM3S811 单片机、方波发生 器、分频电路、滤波电路、调理电路、加法电路等模块组成。本系统采用 TLC083 芯片产生方波振荡电路,通过施密特触发器 CD40106 芯片进行波形变换后得到 300KHz方波信号,经过 30 分频、10 分频、6 分频电路后得到 10KHz、30KHz、 50KHz信号,经过 TLC04 芯片进行滤波,得到相应频率但不同幅值的正弦信号, 再通过由 T
