1、 I 摘摘 要要 本设计为张双楼矿 1.8 Mt/a 的矿井设计。井田走向(东西)长平均约 8.23km,倾向 (南北)长约 3.88km,井田水平面积为 31.93km 2。主采煤层一层,即 7 号煤层,平均倾 角 8.9,厚约 5.0m。井田工业储量为 226.69 Mt,可采储量 172.53Mt,矿井服务年限为 73.7a。 矿井正常涌水量为 320m 3/h,最大涌水量为 340 m3/h;矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为 1.84 m 3/min,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层有自燃发火倾向,发火期 36 个月,煤尘具有爆炸危险性。 开拓方案为立井两水平开采,暗斜井延深至-700m 水平。大巷采用胶带输送
2、机运煤, 辅助运输采用 1.5 t 固定厢式矿车。 设计首采区采用采区准备方式,采用一次采全厚采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。 矿井采用中央并列式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量 4608 m 3/min,矿井通风总阻 力 2096 Pa,风阻 0.35 Ns 2/m8,等积孔 2.03m2,矿井通风容易。矿井通风困难时期矿井 总风量 4608 m 3/min,矿井通风总阻力 2746 Pa,风阻 0.46 Ns2/m8,等积孔 1.77m2,矿 井通风中等困难。 关键词关键词:立井;上下山开采;大采高;中央并列式 III Abstract The general design is about

Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and mine car to be assistant transport. Designed
