1、 摘要 我设计的是华晟荣煤矿。年产量 1.2Mt/a.井田内煤层赋存比较稳定,无断层, 地质构造简单.煤层倾角为 24,平均厚度 4 米。我设计的章节有 8 章: 1.矿区概 述及地质特征 2.矿井储量、设计生产能力及服务年限 3.井田开拓 4.准备方式-盘 区式准备方式 5.采煤方法 6.井下运输 7.矿井提升 8.矿井通风与安全 9.设计矿井 基本技术经济指标。 矿井采用盘区式准备方式,工作面设计长度 190m,采煤方法为综合机械化放顶 煤开采。矿井年工作日 340d,昼夜净提升时间为 16h。矿井采用“三八制”工作制度, 二班生产,一班检修,生产班每班完成 2 个采煤循环。矿井煤炭采用胶
2、带输送机运输, 辅助运输采用蓄电池式电机车牵引固定箱式矿车。设计采用综采工艺,走向长壁采煤 法,用全部垮落法处理采空区。工作面采用国内外先进采煤设备,以达到工作面高产 高效。并对矿井运输、提升、排水和通风等各个生产系统的设备选型计算,以及对矿 井的安全技术提出措施,完成整个矿井的初步设计。 关键词:开拓布置;采煤方法;提升运输;通风 Summary My design is about the HuaShengRong Coal Mine. The occurrences of coal seam in the internal mining is very steady and there
3、is no normal fault. What s more, the geologic structure is simple. The annual production of it is about 1.2Mt / a. The dip angle of coal seam is 2-4 and its average thickness is 4 miles. The mine adopts the panel type preparation method, working face design length is 190m, the mining method is Complex Mechanical Releasing Top Coal Mining Technology. Working day of mine is 340 days. The time of net ascend day and night is about 16 hou
6、rs. The mine adopts “March“ system as working system. And double shift production, maintenance intervals, production shift class completed two mining cycle. Coal mine using belt conveyor to transport. The design adopts fully mechanized mining technology and long-wall mining method to mine coal.
