1、 摘 要 金石大厦是一栋写字楼,地处山东省淄博市。其地下一层,地上十六层,地 下一层为车库和设备层,一至十六层全为办公室。本次设计要结合该建筑物的综 合性特点, 为其设计出合适的中央空调系统。 地下一层层高 4.9m, 地上一层 4.5m, 二层到十五层层高为 3.7m,十六层层高为 3.9m,建筑物总高度约为 60.5m。该 综合楼占地面积为 10168.6 m2,建筑面积约为 31759.78m2。 根据该建筑物的功能要求和使用特点,分析比较了各种空调方式,确定该建 筑物空调系统为风机盘管加独立新风系统和全空气系统。主要设计内容包括:空 调冷热负荷的计算; 送风量和新风量的确定;空调系统的
2、划分; 空调方式的选择; 空调末端处理设备的选型;冷热源的选择;风系统的设计与计算;风管系统的设 计;室内送风方式与气流组织形式的确定;水系统的设计与水力计算;冷热源的 确定;管道的保温设计,防排烟的设计;消声防振设计等。本文所设计的中央空 调系统既能满足热舒适性要求,又最大程度地考虑了建筑节能的需要。 关键词:金石大厦,空调系统,风机盘管-新风系统,全空气系统,新风量 ABSTRACT Stone building is an office building, located in Jilin city of Jilin province.
