1、 1 摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目是 XXX 综合科技楼 1 号楼建筑结构设计,此建筑为民用建筑, 此次设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。 建筑设计部分按照建筑物使用功能进行平面、立面、剖面设计,该楼首层为门面和营 业大厅,标准层分为办公区和住宅区。 接下来是结构设计,主要包括结构选型和结构布置、确定计算简图、荷载计算、内力 组合、楼梯设计和基础设计等。本建筑采用的是钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,选用一榀有代 表性的框架进行计算,先根据该框架初选截面尺寸;然后荷载计算和内力计算部分,竖向 荷载作用中恒载作用采用分层法进行计算,水平荷载作用中风荷载采用 D 值法进行计算, 其余荷载作用下利用结构力学求解
