1、 I 摘 要 近年来，在现代科学技术的推动下，随着高校教学改革的逐步深入，教务管 理将面临许多新的挑战， “规范化、信息化、网络化”是高校教务管理改革的必然 选择。教务管理系统的设计与运用将在高校教务管理改革中起到重要的作用。 为了满足教务管理用户集中、处理数据量大的要求，同时满足学生最大范围 地使用该系统，怀化学院教务管理系统采用 B/S 体系结构，以 WINDOWS XP 为操 作系统，以 VISUAL STUDIO 2008 为开发平台，以 ASP.NET 和 C#作为开发语言， 以 SQL SERVER 2005 作为后台数据库。这种模式只需要开发 Web 程序，并将通用 的应用程序放
