1、 I 摘 要 本工程为鹏程大酒店，是根据沈阳市整体规划，适应经济发展需要而规划 的酒店。充分满足酒店、接待、娱乐、会议等各方面使用功能的要求，建筑形 态服从城市设计的整体要求，处理好立面的景观效果，创造舒适宜人的环境。 本工程占地面积为 1632.96 平方米左右，本建筑主体部分共 6 层，屋顶有 电梯提升间，建筑高度 22.7 米，室内外高差为 0.45 米，女儿墙高 0.6 米。建 筑总长度为 64.8 米，总宽度为 32.4 米。 本工程结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构。框架柱混凝土强度等级不变，截 面大小不变。柱的混凝土强度等级采用 C35；截面层均为 500mm500mm。框架 梁混凝土
2、强度与柱相同为 C35，横向梁截面为 300mm700mm，纵向梁截面为 300mm700mm。建筑地点地质条件良好，采用柱下独立基础，混凝土强度 C35。 结构采用框架结构形式，在进行荷载计算和构件截面估算后，选取一榀框 架进行计算。在进行截面抗震设计时，柱按偏压构件计算，为保证延性框架要 “强剪弱弯，强柱弱梁，强节点弱构件强锚固的设计原则，且满足构造要求。 计算中包括荷载计算，活载计算，风荷载计算，内力组合，梁、柱的配筋。结 构计算中，采用 D 值法，计算水平地震作用和风荷载作用下框架的顶点位移和 内力；采用弯矩分配法计算竖向荷载作用下的框架内力，并考虑地震、风的影 响进行内力组合。在此基
