1、 I 摘 要 随着工业技术的不断发展,对测量技术的要求也越来越高。为了满足不同要求的测 量技术本文提出了翻转测台式三坐标测量机的设计。本论文主要阐述了便携式三坐标测 量机转台的设计过程。主要内容包括转台传动系的设计和转台的控制。其中传动系的设 计包括电机的选择、齿轮的设计、传动轴的设计、联轴器、轴承设计及校核等;控制过 程包括电机的控制、测台定位控制以及测台水平位置的调节控制。 本论文还阐述了在 CAD/CAE/CAM 中图形变换的基本原理,为三坐标测量机物体旋转 测量提供了理论基础。论文在设计过程中还包括了翻转测台夹具等附属部件的设计。 关键词:便携式三坐标测量机,翻转测台,设计,控制 Ab

Besides, this paper not only describes the basic principles of graphics transformation in the CAD / CAE / CAM which provides a theoretical basis for the object rotation of coordinate measuring machine, but also involves the design of ancillary components in the design process, such as fixture o
