1、 底板零件数控钻铣加工工艺设计及仿真分析 摘 要 具有孔和型腔的底板类零件在航空航天,机械,模具等行业的应用较为 广泛。底板类零件既具有代表性,应用又很普及。因此,研究底板零件数控 钻铣加工工艺设计及仿真分析具有重要的应用价值。 本论文以底板零件为研究对象,综合运用机械制造和数控加工的基本理 论知识,分析了底板零件数控钻铣加工工艺过程,确定了底板零件的毛坯原 型,拟订了底板零件的数控加工工艺路线,设计了底板零件的数控加工工艺 规程,编制了底板零件数控加工工艺卡片和工序卡片。利用 CAD/CAM 数控加 工模块模拟分析了底板零件凸台及槽的数控加工的过程,建立了底板零件凸 台及槽的数控加工的模型,
