1、 西南科技大学本科生毕业论文 I 5000t/d 水泥熟料制成车间工艺设计计 摘要:新型干法水泥生产自问世以来倍受世界各国的关注,形成了一套具有现 代高科技为特征和符合优质、高效、节能、环保以及大型化、自动化的现代生产 方法。新型干法水泥技术代表了现阶段最高的水泥烧成技术,可以提高窑单位容 积产量、提高窑砖衬寿命和运转率,且自动化水平高、生产规模大,可以选用低 质燃料或低价废物燃料,节省燃料,降低热耗和电耗,减小设备和基建投资费用、 CO 和 NOx生成量少和事故率低,操作稳定。发展新型干法水泥技术是环境保护 和资源综合利用的必然结果。 本设计是 5000t/d 水泥熟料制成车间工艺设计。本设
