1、 I 基于 S7-200 SMART PLC 的立体仓库控制系统 【摘要】【摘要】 随着国民经济的飞速发展, 智能仓库必然会在各行各业中得到越来越广泛的 应用。智能仓库系统是现代物流系统的一个重要组成部分,广泛应用于各行各业 中。目前,它已经成为企业生产和管理信息化的标志之一。 该系统采用 PLC 控制,通过 PLC 输出的脉冲信号来控制步进电机的运行, 两者之间通过步进电机驱动器连接,此外还用到一些传感器,如微动开关和反射 式传感器。 此次设计的效果可以改变参数输入, 通过模拟生产情况及波动对系统造成的 冲击,从而避免了在理想化状态下系统设计所无法预料的各种因素,对系统的堵 塞有着形象和直观
