2、交流变频调速系统, 系统中主令机和各从动 机都采用交流电动机,采用高功能性 v/f 控制的通用变频器,由此构建了一种新 型丝光织染系统。本设计的丝光机是对针织物进行丝光处理,织布车间织出的布 比较硬且手感不好,另有许多斑点,需要经过一系列处理,如碱洗、去斑点。因 为经过浸碱的布, 碱性大, 则需要用酸中和, 丝光机就是完成上述工艺的联合机。 本文首先介绍了国内外印染行业发展的状况, 其次介绍电动机调速技术的发 展和现状,对丝光机交流变频调速系统的方案进行了论证,再介绍本设计所需硬 件的型号和性能,最后,介绍了系统的生产流程、系统的电气结构,硬件配置和 软件实现。 关键词:丝光机;可编程控制器;
