1、 i 摘摘 要要 本设计的建筑为十八层的办公综合楼, 给排水工程设计包括了建筑给水系统设 计,建筑排水系统设计,消火栓系统设计,自动喷淋灭火系统设计。建筑给水系 统分为室内冷水系统和室内热水系统,其中室内冷水系统分为三个区:地下室至 四层为低区,采用市政给水管网直接供水;四层至十二层为中区,采用中区变频 泵组供水;十三至十八层为高区,采用高区变频泵组供水。室内热水系统采用局 部热水供应系统。本建筑为一类高层民用建筑,而其建筑高度54m,建筑物火灾 危险等级为中级危险级。室内消火栓用水量和室外消火栓用水量分别取 20L/s 和 40L/s,火灾持续时间为 3h,自动喷淋系统计算用水量为 22.4
2、6L/s,火灾持续 时间为 1h,消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统前十分钟灭火用水由屋顶水箱提供,屋顶 设增压与稳压设备。排水系统采用污废分流制,污水立管采用双立管排水系统, 设专用通气管,废水立管采用单立管排水系统。给水系统均采用 PP-R 给水管材, 消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋灭火系统采用内外热镀锌钢管,排水系统管材采用 UPVC 排水管。在地下层设贮水池和加压泵房,地下室另设集水坑,集水坑中设潜 污泵,保证污水及时排出。 关键词关键词:建筑 给水 排水 消防 喷淋 ii Abstract The design of the building for 18 storey office buildin
