2、参数化设计的基础上,利 用 Pro/E 进行三维的实体模型建立,并对三维实体模型进行虚拟的装配以及运动 仿真,从而验证该模型的有效性和可行性。 在设计过程中,综合运用三维设计课程及选修课程,如制图、机械制造工艺、 机械制造基础等,运用已经学过的理论和生产实际知识去分析和解决工程实际问 题,使理论知识更充分地融入实践中,并得到更好的发挥! 通过设计,可以培养工程设计的独立工作能力,树立正确的设计思想,掌握常 用三维图的绘制和基本零件的加工工艺的方法和步骤,并能综合地考虑经济、工 艺等方面的设计要求,确定合理的设计方案。并能熟练的应用有关参考资料、计 算图表、手册、图集、规范和有关国家标准。 关键
