2、想中的房子。购房指引系统综合 GIS 和 购房管理技术，利用地理信息技术提供的具有空间特征的数据以及其强大的数据分析和显 示功能，可视化的展示城市房产、学校、交通、医院等整体情况，使购房者能准确、快速 地进行购房筛选，利用 GIS 作为显示平台，面向购房指引信息，能充分发挥 GIS 可视化表 达强、空间信息易于管理查询的优势。 在设计城市购房指引系统时，基于 arcengine+C#的 arcgis 二次开发，在 arcmap 下结 郑州市 1:28000 地图矢量化得到自己所需要的郑州市相关数据，在 arcengine 中实现地物 的查询，空间分析，鹰眼等相关功能，地物查询方便购房者按照自己
3、的意愿选择相关地物 名称，使其在地图上高亮显示，以便购房者了解该地物的准确方位。空间分析包括缓冲区 分析，叠置分析。由于用户缓冲分析的地物可能是多种的，即用户所需要的理想房产是有 好几方面条件，在缓冲形成新图层以后，用户可以根据自己的实际需求选择求交，求和， 裁剪，形成的新图层当然面积会很有限，这样可以帮助购房者在一个小范围内搜索自己所 需要的信息，大大减少不必要的搜索量，其实现的具体功能模块我们将在正文中做更详细 说明。本系统实现了城市购房指引功能。就指引而言，用户可以根据实际需要输入房产名、 价格等来查询视图中的房产信息，同时实现了缓冲区分析，跌至分析等功能，以满足绝大 多数用户的快速便捷
