1、 毕业设计说明书 学 院: 机械工程学院 专 业: 学生姓名: 学 号: 指导教师: 2012 年 05 月 1 摘要摘要 近年来,球铁铸件差不多已在所有主要工业部门中得到应用,这些部 门要求高的强度、塑性、韧性、耐磨性、耐严重的热和机械冲击、耐高温 或低温、耐腐蚀以及尺寸稳定性等。为了满足使用条件的这些变化、球墨 铸铁现有许多牌号,提供了机械性能和物理性能的一个很宽的范围。 本文问主要是对材质为 QT45010 的右铰接支架驾驶室进行工艺工 装设计,应用 SolidWorks 软件画出三维造型,最后应用 AnyCasting 软件进 行工艺模拟,针对模拟结果进行分析,修改工艺,得出最合理的工
