1、 I 【摘摘 要要】在信息时代的今天，计算机参与企业车辆使用业务管理已成为企业车辆管理的 当务之急。该用车审批管理系统的设计开发正是适应了这种要求。本系统采用 JAVA 语言 开发，主要采用 JSP+Struts+JDBC 技术，实现了一个基于 web 的 B/S 模式的审批管理系 统。同时本系统采用微软 Microsoft SQL Server2005 关系型数据库，保证了系统的安全性， 为用户的使用提供了强有力的保证。 其功能包括主要是普通用户管理和审批管理员审批管 理，普通用户管理包括普通用户登陆，车辆的申请，申请信息的跟踪，以及个人设置等功 能。审批管理员管理包括审批管理员登录，车辆申
