1、 游梁式抽油机连杆机构尺度优化及结构设计游梁式抽油机连杆机构尺度优化及结构设计 摘摘 要要:为了提高游梁式抽油机的动力性能,提出了游梁式抽油机连杆机构尺度综合 优选方法。首先,对常规游梁式抽油机的结构、性能及优缺点进行阐述,从而提出对 游梁式抽油机连杆机构尺度优化的方案。其次,建立尺度综合的数学模型,对尺度进 行综合优选,并据此对抽油机的运动特性进行分析。用最优尺度综合方法设计的抽油 机悬点最大加速度曲线变化更加平稳,峰值更小。然后,对游梁式抽油机的动力学进 行分析,计算出悬点载荷。最后,设计游梁式抽油机的主要零部件结构,并绘制装配 图和零件图。 通过和尺度优化前常规游梁式抽油机比较,悬点加速
