1、I 摘要摘要 本设计主要是针对 V 型滤池系统进行 PLC 改造,因为传统的继电器控制 系统,其电气控制部分采用继电器和逻辑电路板组成的控制系统,控制不灵敏, 反应慢,经过多年的运行,电路逐渐老化故障率随着增加。维修工作越来越繁 重,直接影响到工司的正常生产和发展。本设计充分考虑管理方便性,可靠性、 先进性、兼容性等,以 S7-200 PLC 为核心进行硬件设计和软件设计,对 V 型滤 池控制系统进行最优的设计,以最大限度达到节水节电的目的,同时也将大大提 高了系统的操作性和自动化程序,同时还能够检测系统运行参数和报警信息,实 现了远程控制。 关键词关键词:V 型滤池 西门子 S7-200 人
