1、 1 5000t/d 熟料水泥厂设计 摘 要 本次设计的题目 是设计一条日 产 5000t/d 水泥熟料生产线。水泥 品种是 P.O42.5(50%)和 P.O52.5(50%) , 袋散比为:30%:70%。 本次设计的主要内 容包括: 1.原料、燃料、配 料计算 2.计算 和确定 带悬浮 预热 器的新 型回转 窑和 悬浮预 热器的 型号及 规格,以及窑尾气体 平衡的计算,同时还编写 了全厂工艺流 程概述和 本次毕业设计的评 述及展望。 3.生产过程和主机 选型 4.水泥厂的工艺布 局。 在本次设计中, 还采用了 一些新的工 艺技术, 例如:高 效率立式 磨和高效选粉机 等。 本次设计采用
