1、 1 摘要 本文针对 12 层办公楼建筑设计问题,依据规范对其进行了建筑功能、结构构 件、 结构主体进行了设计、 计算。 该办公楼建筑总长 50.4 米, 总建筑面积 11000m 2。 底部层高 3.9 米,标准层高 3.3 米。主体采用桩基础,裙房采用柱下独立基础。 主体与裙房之间设置 210 毫米宽沉降缝。抗震设防烈度 7 度,场地类别类。设 计主要包括建筑和结构两大部分,建筑设计方面进行了建筑平面,立面及剖面到 设计,功能分区设计,防火疏散及抗震设计,与周围环境协调设计。结构设计主 要有梁、板、柱截面尺寸估算,荷载计算,框架侧移刚度计算,横向水平荷载作 用下框架结构的内力和侧移计算,竖
