1、 - I - SHW10-1.25-P 锅炉设计锅炉设计 摘要摘要 随着国民经济的发展,锅炉作为一种重要的能源转换设备得到了广泛 的研究和长足的发展。 本次设计的课题是 SHW10-1.25-P,即双锅筒横置式往复炉。其循环方 式为自然循环,燃烧煤种为贫煤,其低位发热量是 20900KJ/Kg。 在本次锅炉设计的过程中,主要考虑的因素有炉膛水冷壁的合理布置, 以及炉膛容积热负荷和炉膛面积热负荷对锅炉的影响,对流受热面的布置, 还有尾部受热面的选择和合理布置。 在整个锅炉结构的设计过程中,首先根据煤种和其它技术要求以及给 定的锅炉型号进行受热面的合理布置,然后进行热力计算,其中包括炉膛 及其它各
