2、来越频繁，传 统人工售票的工作效率已不能适应新的发展需要，无法给人们出行买票提供方 便便捷的服务，耽误顾客的时间。火车票网上订票系统的应用提高了售票的效 率的同时方便了顾客购票。 本火车票网上订票系统是基于 JSP 实现的系统，后台数据库采用的是 SQL Server 2005。系统有两个用户即管理员、会员。管理员的功能有会员管理模块、 订票管理模块和车次管理模块,这些模块中，除了基本的删除、添加、修改外， 还具有更加详细的查询功能；会员的功能有查看车次信息和订票。本文首先简 单介绍了系统的开发背景、使用的相关技术然后详细阐述了系统的设计与实现 过程，对个人模块后台模块进行了重点介绍。 关键词
