1、 I 摘 要 本次课题是针对复合纸塑薄膜自立袋卧式成型机的结构进行设计。该制袋机的包装速 度 70-90 袋/min,三边封合。 自立袋是一种底部有水平支撑结构的软包装袋,自面市以来深受消费者的喜爱,其市 场份额日益增多。本次设计研究的自立袋成型机选用卧式机型、间歇运动。其中,薄膜的 供送装置采用膜预牵引机构,即预先将薄膜储存在储膜机构,然后再进入制袋区,这样便 可保障薄膜在袋子成型过程中平稳、不跑偏,成型效果好;袋成型器选用三角板成型器, 由等腰锐角三角形平板、导辊和固定支板联接而成。在多种机型上应用,尤其当制袋规格 有较大变化时,其具有良好的适应性,利用三角板成型器即可将平张薄膜折叠成型;
2、因为 制袋机是间歇运动,所以横封、纵封装置采用热板式加压封合,切断装置选用冷刀切断; 牵袋装置选用滚轮式牵引,靠一对滚轮的对滚,利用滚轮与包装材料之间的摩擦力进行料 袋牵引。再结合锥齿轮、离合器和同步带的传动便可实现牵袋的间歇运动;本机采用机械 式无级调速装置,通过旋钮的顺逆转动带动可动锥盘上下移动,即可实现速度的增减,达 到无级调速的目的。其结构简单,传动平稳,噪声小,使用维修方便,效率高,所以在各 类机械中应用广泛;而传动系统将电动机提供的动力经无级调速和蜗轮蜗杆减速器减速后 传至主轴,然后分配给各部件,使各部件相互协调运动。 本次研究设计的袋成型机,对于生产效率的提高、薄膜材料的节约和产
