1、 摘 要 通过拆卸工业平缝机(型号 ZJ8500H) ,测量勾线机构的相关数据,并使用三维建 模软件 Pro/E 对此工业平缝机的勾线机构进行了三维模型的建立。利用 Pro/E 中机构仿 真模块对其进行动态仿真。本文通过对勾线机构的结构组成、工作原理,以及仿真所得 的数据曲线进行分析研究, 对比工业平缝机的理论曲线, 获得了工业高速平缝机各个机 构的工作特性,以及其重要的运动学参数,从而获得平缝机的刺料机构、勾线机构、挑 线机构和送料机构这四大主要机构在运动周期中的运动区域及特定位置, 即得到了平缝 机的工作循环图, 为平缝机四大机构的运动协调性的改进优化提供了有力的证据, 同时 为缝纫机设计
