1、 I 摘摘 要要 混凝土搅拌设备是建筑机械 中的一个重要设备, 它是混凝土生产的一个 关键设备。由于混凝土搅拌设备的工作对象是砂 石和水泥等混合料,并且用 量大,工作环境恶劣。因此混凝土搅拌设备在向高技术、高效能、 自动化、 智能化的方向发展有很大的必要性。 现代建筑工程中搅拌机的广泛应用,不 仅减轻了工人的劳动强度,还提高了混凝土工程的质量,对我国的基础设施 建设做出了很大贡献。 本次设计主要对双卧轴强制式混凝土搅拌机进行设计,包含搅拌桶的设 计、料斗的设计等。依据国家的相关标准,在零部件、材 料、结构工艺等方 面设计出结构合理的、满足要求生产需要的混凝土搅拌设备。重点研究搅 拌 装置的设计
