2、LED显示电路、手动键盘 和编辑键盘。控制步进电机转动的脉冲信号,采用光电隔离输出,提高了系统的 可靠性。另外还设计了与本控制系统相配套的步进驱动电路。在该驱动电路中, 选用89C2051作环行分配器件,电路简单易于进行相序分配。本驱动电路为恒流 斩波电路,能将电机绕组电流恒定,电路简单,工作可靠。文中绘出了驱动的电 路原理图,给出了四相步进电机的正转反转的程序设计流程图和主要的控制程 序,最后介绍了Protel 99 SE 在电路设计中的应用,指出了设计中出现的问题, 并提出了具体的解决方法。 关键词:关键词:母导线贴标机;单片机控制;步进驱动电路; III Abstract In this
3、 paper, the structure, usage and composition of the automatic testing system and the control flow of the bus bar were introduced briefly, and the motion control of the labeling machine is emphasized and realized. In the system developed, a 51 series MCU, 8031, is used as the controller, and data mem
4、orizer, program memorizer, LED displaying circuit, keyboard circuit and other function module are completed. Optical coupler used in the pulse generation and transmission, the system reliability is promoted greatly. Further more, a 89C2051 is used in the phase conversion of the step motor, the syste
5、m got simplified. The schematic diagram of the driver, the flow chart of motion of the 4-phase step motor and main program of the controller is presented in detail.
