1、设计年处理量为 1050 万吨的 选矿厂 摘要 本设计为本科生毕业设计, 是针对鞍山式铁矿石的初步设计, 设计年处理量为 1050 万吨的 选矿厂,设计阶段为初步设计。设计以齐大山选矿厂的矿石特性、选矿试验研 究结果、可行性研究报告及处理同类矿石选矿厂生产实践等为依据。设计主要内容包括 说明书和图纸两大部分。说明书部分主要包括工艺流程的确定与计算,主要设备的选择 等。设计的生产工艺为三段一闭路破碎,阶段磨矿、粗细分级、重选-磁选-阴离子反浮 选流程。说明书对所设计工艺流程进行了合理性论证,在设备选择方面,对主要设备破 碎机、球磨机进行了详细的方案对比,对辅助设备作了初步的选择。本设计的技术经济
