1、 摘摘 要要 中密度纤维板（英文名：Medium Density Fiberboard，缩写为 MDF，简 称中纤板） 。 中密度纤维板是利用有限木材资源的枝丫材、小径材、速生材的间伐材以 及竹材和其他植物原料制成的人造板材，木材综合利用率高，符合我国林业发展 政策，有利于我国林业可持续发展战略的实施。中密度板生产线分为三种，第一 类 滚筒式压机，第二类 多层压机，第三类 连续平压机。现在新生产线多为连 续平压机，老生产线为多层压机，滚筒式压机为 80 年代前美国发明。在现在所 使用的多层压机和连续平压机普遍为应用 PLC 控制各种控制电机来实线对整个 系统的控制调整， 来对产生成品和控制产品
