2、醇气相氧化羰基化 法制碳酸二甲酯工艺,该法是一种较为绿色的合成方法。 本课题进行的是年产 25000 吨碳酸二甲酯车间的工艺设计,主要对以氧气、甲醇、 一氧化碳为原料制取碳酸二甲酯的工艺过程进行设计,并根据相关条件进行物料衡算和 热量衡算。根据工艺流程与操作条件对工序中的主要设备进行了计算与选型,设计还包 括车间布置设计、经济分析、劳动保护、安全生产与“三废”处理等内容。设计所得成果 主要有设计说明书和相应的图纸,其中图纸包括车间平面布置图、 带控制点的工艺流程图 和主设备图。 关键词:碳酸二甲酯;生产工艺;车间设计 2 Abstract Dimethyl carbonate (DMC) is
