4、m analysis and mold selection, punching pressure process calculation.,and so on . Based on the analysis of the process of sealing cover,first punch the pre-holes and then flang it. The characteristics of the material flow in the flange is that the material around the pre-holes elongats along the cir
5、cumferential direction,the material changes to thin, radial material has almost no change. When nesting,we can take the normal take-boundary value,and it can obviously save material. Design the structure of the modulus of continuity of punching - flanging - blanking of sealing cover. Improve the simple mode of production of the past single procedure.
