2、后编制通过 V4.0 step 7 软件进行梯形图的编辑、运行,并把现场的水塔水位状况实时传 送给上位机,上位机采用力控组态软件进行监控。 监控组态界面是通过 ForceContro7.0 进行监控界面的编写、运行。首先设计监控界 面,设置通信参数和 IO 口,使得上下位机能够可靠通信。本水位控制系统以 PLC 为控制 核心,具备开始和停止功能,这是一种 PLC 控制的自动调节控制系统。应用此控制系统能 显著提高劳动效率,减少劳动强度。 关键词:PLC 监控组态 STEP7 力控 Abstract Abstract With the rapid development of science a

The water level control system using PLC as the control core, have open and all stop function, this is a kind of automatic control system PLC control.
