2、流到电压的转换。这样就能实现在 示波器上显示光信号了,即达到了目的。 在整个电路中也要考虑放大的问题。但是在实现电流-电压转换的时候,用 的电流-电压反馈电路,我们可以在反馈电阻的使用上达到目的,即在光电二极管 的光电流一定的前提下,反馈电阻越大,电压越大。同时,我们还可以根据示波 器本身电压倍数可以调节,来达到放大电路的目的。 任何电路都不能离开电源。在本设计中,要使用到集成运放 CA3140。我们 使用 220V-9V 的变压器,再利用交流直流转换器,实现交流到直流的转换,并用 电容调整波形,最后提供直流电源。 当然,上面所提到的只是设计的思路,我们还需要仿真模拟。在本设计中, 我们使用了
