1、 摘要 房地产销售管理系统近几年来越来越普及，应用也越来越广泛。房地产销售管理系 统是针对房地产销售楼房进行的设计和实现。此次开发的房地产销售管理系统主要采用 JSP 为主要的编程语言,采用 MyEclipse 8.5、SQL Server 2000 Express、Internet Explorer 的开发工具与开发平台环境， 主要实现有房屋基本信息管理， 房屋销售基本信 息管理，客户信息管理，员工信息管理以及用户信息管理等功能，一共有五大模块主要 实现上述各个模块的增加、检索、查询、删除、修改等功能实现，用户登录模块：主要 包括普通客户登陆登陆，员工登陆登陆，管理员登陆登陆。员工信息管理模
