1、 1 / 76 在现代机械制造业中,企业对专用机床有着广泛的需求。一般钻床劳 动强度大,专用性能低。生产率不高且不能保证精度;而多轴钻床操控方 便、省力、容易掌握,不易发生操作错误和故障,不仅能减少工人的劳动 强度,保证工人和钻床的安全,还能提高钻床的生产率。随着科学技术的 不断发展,专用钻床广泛应用于制造业。换句话说,专业化越强,企业越 能保证其产品质量。因此,专用机床的使用对企业竞争力的提升有着十分 重要的作用。 本设计主要解决了两大问题:多轴钻床的总体设计和夹具设计。为了 解决上述两大难题,首先分析了钻床总体设计,其中包括加工工艺分析、 钻床的钻削方式的设计等,从而解决了钻床的总体设计的
