1、大学毕业设计说明书 I 摘摘 要要 截割部摇臂传动设计部分是本设计首先要作的工作。设计中首先确定了摇臂内各 零部件的传动方案、分配传动比、初步确定个齿轮的齿数、齿轮的设计计算及其校核、 行星机构的设计计算、轴的设计计算及其校核、并初步选取了轴承和键,以及简要分 析了各个零部件的作用。最终通过分析计算完成了截割部摇臂传动设计过程。 设计中的重点及难点是以参数化设计思想为依据,以开发专业化的计算机辅助设 计系统为目的,采用 Visual-Basic 为编程语言,以 ACCESS 为数据库支撑,开发研制 了集几何参数设计、承载能力计算、技术文件生成与管理为一体的综合型渐开线齿轮 辅助设计系统 ,对提
