1、 毕业设计(论文)毕业设计(论文) 题题 目目 :PLC 在电镀生产线上的应用 中文摘要 I 摘 要 电镀行车生产线自动化的程度在德国、意大利、美国等国家的发展水平已经 较高,而在我国尚处于发展阶段。本课题以行业现状为出发点,结合其他行业 自动控制技术的应用情况,提出了基于 PLC 的电镀行车自动生产线的设计,并 通过应用机械、可编程序控制器(PLC)等多项专门技术开发的自动生产系统。本 文首先分析和制定了该生产线的整体设计思想和方案,确保了该生产线系统具 备真正的自动化生产能力且结构简单。在该生产线的控制系统中,采用了高可 靠性,高稳定性,编程简单,易于使用,而且广泛应用于现代工业企业生产线
2、 过程控制中的控制器 PLC。 重点分析了系统软硬件设计部分,并给出了系统主电路图、PLC 控制 I/O 端 口分配表以及整体程序流程图等,实现了电镀生产自动化,提高了生产效率, 降低了劳动强度。为适应现代传统的工业控制系统,我们还采用了基于组态王 软件的系统作为上位机,配合下位机 PLC 完成了该系统的实时监控系统功能, 更好的使该自动生产系统融入到现代工业控制领域中。 关键词:PLC、电镀生产线、控制系统、组态王 Abstract II Abstract Plating production line driving the degree of automation in Germany,
