1、 I 摘 要 单冲干粉压片机是通过凸轮(或偏心轮)连杆机构(类似冲床的工作原理), 使上、下冲产生相对运动而压制药片。单冲式并不一定只有一副冲模工作, 也可以有两副或更多,但多副冲模同时冲压,由此引起机构的稳定性及可靠 性要求严格,结构复杂,不多采用。随着现代科技的发展,压片机涉及的行 业越来越广泛,高科技、高效率,低成本已成为现代压片机的一个重要的发 展趋势。 本次设计以小型单冲式压片机为例, 介绍了单冲式压片机的基本结构组 成、工作原理及工作过程, 阐述了国内外单冲式压片机的发展现状, 同时根 据其发展现状分析了目前单冲式压片机所存在的主要缺陷, 并指明了其发展 趋势,而且经过对压片机构造
